All of these classes encourage body awareness, strength and mobility. We live in a phase where functional training is the priority, practicing movements that are healthy and natural for our bodies and support us in our daily lives.
All classes are designed to help you to build balance within your body, awareness of where imbalances may lie, and to help you to live a pain-free lifestyle for the longterm!
Everyone of all ages, sizes, bodytypes and backgrounds are welcome!

Hi! I am delighted that you visited my website!
I have been incredibly privileged in my life with some of the most wonderful opportunities and experiences. I live by the morals of kindness, curiosity and positivity and hope to share the lessons I learn on my path to anyone who needs it.
From a background of training in classical ballet, to then dive into the world of dentistry, administration, fitness and teaching, to then go back into the industry of dance, I can promise you that the best routes to your dreams are not direct. The experiences you get through the winding paths, the people you meet, the lessons you learn, the gratitude you embrace from the little achievements, it is so much more rewarding to be adaptable and embrace and flow with what life throws at you.
I now have a direction I am excited to pursue, a life where I can find balance across all areas, a past that I am so proud of and the hunger to go on in a curious, adventurous and graceful manner.
